Nordstrom-bodypaint-jen-seidelfashion-body-art-jen-seidel-body-paint-fashion-nordstromAfrican American model for Nordstrom event Linda Seidel, my mother was doing her magic on one model while I painted the next and the third model was in the hair chair.  We kept it rotating until the models were all completed.  Once done, they were off to their photo shoot by 80 West Studios on the bottom floor lobby by the elevators where people were passing us by.  After the photo shoot we traveled up to the next level where the models were greeted by the gracious makeup staff and lead to their places in the mall.  As they switched up their locations on the hour the guests were arriving and we watched as some were starring to try and figure out if the models were real or standing mannequins. To watch their faces in amazement and smiling from ear to ear when they found out they were actual real living human beings was all I needed to feel fulfilled. I accomplished what I set out to do.  It was a great success and I left exhausted but exuberant at the same time.
